2006 COLLEGE BOWL GAME PICKS

Thursday, December 21, 2006

This is such a great time of the year for so many reasons. Celebrating the holidays, seeing family, and eating good food are reasons that come to my mind immediately. But don't forget - it's also time for college football's bowl games. And although I'd like to see a 3 week, 8 team playoff implemented in D-1 college football, I also continue to enjoy the bowl games and wouldn't want to see them messed with. Yeah, some matchups are duds. And maybe 32 games is too much. But it's still a unique reward for players and fans alike. And many games still end up being claasics. So here are my picks.
